Tuhua day 8- the pain goes on
My Tuhua Last continued
Dear Diary,
“ā muri, nāmata” this creature announced. “Time to come.”
Zuleka tried to communicate with this, this, thing, but all it would say was, “ā muri, nāmata” over and over again.
Something in our minds clicked, like the last piece of puzzle finding its place.
This was not a tortured soul, it was most likely an island native. Ahhhh, yes that explained this language.
I racked my brain. In every class I had been in, we had done te reo maori.
The word for hello buzzed around my brain until it reached my tongue.
“Kia ora!” I said.Suddenly changing thoughts and feelings, the native seized Zuleka and I by the necks, and we screamed in agony.
bye,
Mia xXx 0o0
